Vybodega Privacy Policy

Vybodega is designed as a local-first, family-friendly shop simulation game. The app does not require account creation, does not include advertising SDKs, does not use analytics SDKs, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not collect personal information for Florida Logic Studio LLC.

App Store privacy summary: no tracking, no data collected by the app, no ads, no analytics SDKs, and gameplay progress stored locally on the device.

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Vybodega iOS app, the Vybodega support website at vybodega.vercel.app, and related support materials published by Florida Logic Studio LLC. It explains what the app does locally, what the static support website may involve, and how App Store purchases are handled.

Information handled locally by the app

Vybodega stores gameplay progress on your device so the game can remember your shop between sessions. Local gameplay data may include cash, followers, hype, stock counts, product unlocks, upgrades, locations, cosmetics, milestones, daily gift status, Vibe Drop status, Daily Limited Shelf status, receipt lines, settings, sound toggles, haptic toggles, and other progress markers.

This local gameplay data is used to run the game on your device. It is not sent to a Vybodega server, used for advertising, sold, shared for cross-app tracking, or combined with an account profile.

No accounts or identity profiles

Vybodega does not require a username, password, email address, phone number, social login, Sign in with Apple account, or external profile. We do not maintain a Vybodega account database for players.

No advertising or analytics SDKs

The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, behavioral ad networks, data broker SDKs, or tracking pixels. The app does not show ads and does not use collected data to target ads.

Website information

This website is a static support and marketing site hosted on Vercel. It does not include an account system, newsletter signup, embedded contact form database, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or payment form. Vercel may process basic request information needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps, and technical metadata, according to Vercel's hosting practices.

Florida Logic Studio LLC does not use this site to build behavioral advertising profiles or track visitors across apps and websites.

App Store purchases

If optional in-app purchases are available, they are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Vybodega does not receive your full payment card number, Apple ID password, App Store billing credentials, or Apple payment method details. Apple may provide transaction status information needed for the app to unlock purchased non-consumable items or restore purchases.

There are no required purchases to play the core Vybodega loop. Any visible purchase controls in the app are intended to be real StoreKit controls returned by Apple, not fake or simulated purchase buttons.

Support requests and feedback

If you contact us through the App Store support link, TestFlight feedback, App Review, or written mail, you may choose to provide information such as your device model, iOS version, app version, build number, screenshots, crash details, or a description of the issue. We use support information only to respond, troubleshoot, improve the app, and satisfy App Store review or legal obligations.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, passwords, or private family information in support messages.

Children and families

Vybodega is intended for general family-friendly entertainment. It is not designed to collect personal information from children, does not contain social posting features, does not include user-generated content, does not include unrestricted web browsing, and does not include advertising.

Data sharing and sale of data

Because the app does not collect personal data for Florida Logic Studio LLC, we do not sell personal data, share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, or disclose collected app data to third-party advertisers. We may process limited support correspondence if you voluntarily contact us, and Apple or Vercel may process information as described in their own services.

Retention

Local gameplay progress remains on your device until you delete it, reset progress in the app if that option is available, delete the app, clear device storage, or restore the device in a way that removes app data. Support correspondence, if any, may be retained as long as reasonably needed for support, business records, security, legal compliance, and App Store review history.

Security

Vybodega minimizes privacy risk by keeping gameplay progress local and avoiding accounts, ad SDKs, and analytics SDKs. No method of software storage or internet transmission is perfect, but the app is intentionally designed to avoid collecting sensitive personal data.

Your choices

You can use the app without creating an account.
You can turn sound, actor lines, and haptics on or off in the app.
You can avoid optional purchases and still play the core game.
You can use Delete Local Save in the app's Player page to clear local Vybodega progress on the device.
You can delete the app to remove its local app data from the device, subject to iOS behavior.
You can contact us through the public support routes listed on this website.

Account deletion

Vybodega does not support account creation and does not create guest accounts automatically. Because there is no Vybodega account, there is no account record for Florida Logic Studio LLC to delete. The app includes an in-app Delete Local Save option on the Player page for clearing local gameplay progress stored on the device.

Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about personal data. Vybodega does not maintain player accounts or collect app personal data for Florida Logic Studio LLC, but if you have contacted us for support, you may use the contact routes on this site to ask about that support correspondence.

International availability

Vybodega may be available through Apple storefronts in multiple regions. Apple processes App Store downloads, purchases, refunds, and account-level information according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices. This website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure and may be delivered through servers outside your region.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Vybodega changes, as App Store requirements change, or as support practices improve. When changes are made, the effective date on this page will be updated. Continued use of the app after an update means the current policy applies going forward.
