Vybodega Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Vybodega, the iOS app, this support website, and related materials published by Florida Logic Studio LLC. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Vybodega, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable Apple App Store terms.

Plain-language summary: Vybodega is a family-friendly local-first shop simulation game. Play fairly, respect the original content, use official App Store systems for purchases and refunds, and understand that local progress can be lost if app data is removed.

Eligibility and personal entertainment use

You may install and use Vybodega for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store rules, these Terms, and applicable law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

Apple App Store terms

Vybodega is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may have its own terms for downloads, purchases, refunds, family sharing, device compatibility, and account use. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory Apple App Store rules for App Store transactions, Apple's rules control for those transactions. Where applicable, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

License to use the app

Florida Logic Studio LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vybodega for personal entertainment. You do not receive ownership of the app, source code, artwork, branding, characters, product names, audio, interface design, or other content.

Local-first gameplay and progress

Vybodega stores gameplay progress locally on your device. Local progress may include shop cash, followers, hype, stock, upgrades, unlocks, cosmetics, milestones, daily rewards, and settings. Local progress may be lost if you delete the app, clear device storage, reset progress, replace a device, or restore a device in a way that removes app data.

Because the app does not require an account or server sync in this build, Florida Logic Studio LLC may not be able to recover lost local progress.

Gameplay, rewards, and balance

Vybodega is a simulation game. In-game cash, followers, hype, stock, shelves, cosmetics, locations, rewards, achievements, and similar game items have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, or transferable property. Game balance, reward amounts, product prices, unlock requirements, and feature availability may change as the game is improved.

Optional purchases

There are no required purchases to play the core Vybodega loop. If optional in-app purchases are available, they are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Purchase confirmations, payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, subscription controls if ever added, family sharing behavior, and billing support are handled through Apple's App Store systems.

Vybodega is designed for fixed, transparent, non-consumable support or cosmetic-style purchases only. The app is not designed around loot boxes, gambling, paid energy, required paywalls, or fake purchase buttons.

Subscriptions

Vybodega does not include subscriptions in this build. If subscriptions are introduced in a future version, subscription pricing, renewal terms, cancellation, and management would be presented through Apple's StoreKit purchase flow and managed through the user's App Store account settings.

Refunds and billing questions

For App Store purchases, refund requests and billing questions should be directed to Apple through Apple's official report-a-problem and App Store support processes. Florida Logic Studio LLC does not receive your full payment credentials and cannot directly issue App Store refunds outside Apple's systems.

Account status and local deletion

Vybodega does not require or create a Vybodega account in this build. There is no app account profile to delete. The app includes a Delete Local Save control on the Player page so you can directly clear Vybodega's on-device progress from inside the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, website, or related services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to reverse engineer the app except where legally permitted, bypassing App Store purchase systems, tampering with StoreKit transactions, distributing modified copies, scraping or copying the website at abusive volume, using the app or website for unlawful activity, or interfering with the security or operation of the app or website.

Family-friendly content

Vybodega is intended as light, family-friendly entertainment. The game contains fictional products, exaggerated shopkeeping humor, and simulation mechanics. It does not provide financial, business, health, legal, or professional advice.

Intellectual property

Vybodega, the Vybodega name, branding, original product names, interface design, artwork, game text, audio, and related materials are owned by Florida Logic Studio LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute substantial portions of the app or website except as allowed by law or by written permission.

Player screenshots and clips

You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots, short gameplay clips, and personal commentary where allowed by platform rules and law. Do not imply that Florida Logic Studio LLC sponsors or endorses your content unless we have agreed in writing.

Third-party services

Vybodega relies on Apple for App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, TestFlight testing, and related device or platform features. The support website is hosted by Vercel. Your use of Apple or Vercel services may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Your use of Vybodega is also governed by the Vybodega Privacy Policy. The app is designed to be local-first and does not require account creation, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Availability and changes

The app and website are provided as available. Features may be added, removed, rebalanced, renamed, delayed, or changed as Vybodega is improved, fixed, localized, or prepared for App Store submission. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vybodega and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, error-free gameplay, preservation of local progress, or availability of every feature in every region.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Logic Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of local progress, lost profits, lost data, device issues, or inability to use the app or website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If you misuse Vybodega, violate these Terms, violate applicable law, or infringe someone else's rights, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses that arise from that conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
